Todd Leech is a native of Cleveland, OH, and a MFA graduate from Edinboro University of Pennsylvania. Todd manages the daily operations of HECTICstudio and he exhibits his artworks widely. Husband and wife, Todd and Stephanie work side by side in HECTICstudio. They are each actively pursuing individual studio art careers, but often they work together on collaborative projects. Most notable are the current sculptures in the Artifacts Series. These collaboratively made sculptures respond to and incorporate found objects: sculpture. As well, Todd and Stephanie collaborate to make functional pottery. Todd is wheel-throwing and trimming the wares, and Stephanie does the surface decoration and glazing: pottery.
